Deze motor wordt gevoed door een frequentieregelaar. Hierdoor kan je binnen de 4 trappen elk gewenst toerental instellen, ook tijdens draaiwerk. Het voordeel van deze 4-traps aandrijving met frequentieregelaar is de enorme kracht in de lage toerentallen. Dit is nodig bij bijvoorbeeld boorwerk, tapwerk, afsteken, etc. Het instellen van het toerental gebeurt aan de voorzijde van de machine.
De voedingskast is voorzien van tandwielen en wordt ingesteld door schakelhendels. Hier kan bijna elke voedingssnelheid en/of schroefdraadspoed worden ingesteld, waardoor nagenoeg geen wisselwielen nodig zijn.
Het bed is inductiegehard en geslepen in prismavorm. Draaibank is voorzien van een grote doorlaat. De machine is CE uitgerust.
