RPU-3000 gravel spreader, together with the emulsion distributor, forms a set to perform road maintenance operations called surface coating method with bitumen emulsion and mineral aggregate.
The tank of the gravel spreader is constantly filled by the dumper body. The gravel is spread by a rotating, grooved roller located at the bottom of the tank. The width of the gap above the roller, i.e. the spreading width – is adjusted pneumatically in steps of every 250 mm. Each spreading section is controlled independently. The source of compressed air in this case is the pneumatic system of the emulsion distributor or chassis.

La esparcidora de grava RPU-3000, junto con el distribuidor de emulsión, forma un conjunto para realizar las operaciones de mantenimiento de carreteras denominadas método de recubrimiento superficial con emulsión bituminosa y árido mineral.
El depósito del esparcidor de grava se llena constantemente gracias al cuerpo del volquete. La grava se esparce mediante un rodillo ranurado giratorio ubicado en el fondo del tanque. La anchura de la ranura sobre el rodillo, es decir, la anchura de dispersión, se ajusta neumáticamente en pasos de 250 mm. Cada sección de dispersión se controla de forma independiente. La fuente de aire comprimido en este caso es el sistema neumático del distribuidor de emulsión o chasis.

Источником сжатого воздуха в данном случае является пневмосистема распределителя эмульсии или шасси.
