If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.

- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

Machining of the front face (5th side) horizontally with rotating head (right/left)
Pendulum machining by means of a central partition, max. Part length: 1773 mm with SK machining at both ends (tool length: 120 mm).
4 double hydraulic jaws (fixed center jaw) per pendulum section. Positioning and clamping by means of a linear system (hydraulic unlocking, mechanical clamping).
The machine is equipped with a pneumatically extendable workpiece stop on each side of the pendulum, as well as two separately controllable pneumatic lifters. These lifters allow long parts to be placed in an inclined position after machining (to drain water from the profiles) in a first step and removed from the jaws in a second step for ergonomic handling.
Note on machine status:
The machine was completely overhauled by manufacturer Chiron in 2013.
The last spindle change was carried out in March 2021 (spindle hours approx. 7300 h).
The machine has received annual maintenance, repairs and overhauls by the manufacturer, in accordance with the latest technical standards (preventive maintenance). The last review was carried out in January 2024.
There are currently no known defects in the machine.
The machining process with the KOHN linear clamping system can be visualized on the new machine of identical construction (manufactured in 2023).

4 mordazas hidráulicas dobles (mordaza central fija) por sección de péndulo. Posicionamiento y sujeción mediante un sistema lineal (desbloqueo hidráulico, sujeción mecánica).
La máquina está equipada con un tope de pieza extensible neumáticamente en cada lado del péndulo, así como dos elevadores neumáticos controlables por separado. Estos elevadores permiten colocar las piezas largas en posición inclinada después del mecanizado (para drenar el agua de los perfiles) en un primer paso y retirarlas de las mordazas en un segundo paso para un manejo ergonómico.
Nota sobre el estado de la máquina:
La máquina fue revisada completamente por el fabricante Chiron en 2013.
El último cambio de husillo se realizó en marzo de 2021 (horas de husillo aprox. 7300 h).
La máquina ha recibido mantenimiento, reparaciones y revisiones anuales por parte del fabricante, de acuerdo con los últimos estándares técnicos (mantenimiento preventivo). La última revisión se realizó en enero de 2024.
Actualmente no se conocen defectos en la máquina.
El proceso de mecanizado con el sistema de sujeción lineal KOHN puede visualizarse en la máquina nueva de construcción idéntica (fabricada en 2023).
