Fu Pro Air FMI-315 and FMI-355 are ultra-large high-efficiency two-stage oil-injected screw compressors, available in two configurations: fixed-speed FMI-315A/355A and permanent magnet VSD FMI-315APF/355APF. The rated air delivery reaches 52.0 m³/min and 58.5 m³/min respectively, with a universal adjustable pressure range of 7.5–13 bar and standard 380V industrial power supply. Adopting optimized two-stage compression and interstage cooling design, the units reasonably distribute compression ratio, effectively reduce internal air leakage, greatly improve volumetric efficiency, and achieve 10%–15% lower power consumption compared with traditional single-stage compressors. Meanwhile, the balanced operation load significantly extends the service life of the airend and lubricating oil.
